About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Operations Support Administrator to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
