Customer Service Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Operations Support Administrator to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications.
