Customer Service Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Operations Support Administrator to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with our professional colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training, teaching, or coaching is desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
