About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Operations Support Administrator to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Work closely with our customer service team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus.
