Guest Services Coordinator

About the Role:
- Greet and welcome guests, registering them in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Manage room reservations, including rate quoting and scenario management.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Operate the front desk computer system, ensuring seamless transactions and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.

- Familiarity with hospitality terminology and basic arithmetic functions.
