About the Role:
  • Greet and welcome guests, registering them in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Handle guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
  • Manage room reservations, including rate quoting and scenario management.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Operate the front desk computer system, ensuring seamless transactions and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field preferred.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hospitality terminology and basic arithmetic functions.
