**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Greet guests warmly and answer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about property amenities and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize the guest experience.


The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a hotel, call center, or related field, with supervisory experience preferred. They will also possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in property management systems (PMS), casino management software, and standard office applications.
