As a member of the Evolution Parking & Guest Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless parking operations at our partner hotels and resorts nationwide. Our company is America's exclusive provider of specialized valet parking and front door services, catering to the unique needs of the hotel industry.

Job Summary

The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. This includes responding promptly to customer requests, providing engaging interactions with all guests, and leading by example to enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positive relationships with guests through consistent delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • Greet guests professionally and warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service among valet attendants.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to enhance team productivity.
  • Monitor and optimize traffic flow throughout the valet staging area.
  • Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Understanding of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.
  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably in valet parking or a related field.
  • Valid US driver's license and experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $9.50-$10.50 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match, employee discounts, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
