Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at H&N Electric and Wind, a division of Timken Motor and Crane. As the initial point of contact for our facility, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties and providing exceptional support to our Operations and Customer Service Departments.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and audit purchase orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with suppliers
- Assign and label bin locations to maintain inventory accuracy
- Audit past due sales orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Log, scan, and file documents, coordinate shredding services, and maintain electronic and/or hard copy files according to Company retention standards
- Welcome, log, and direct visitors, manage visitor badges, and provide chaperones
- Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls, take accurate messages, and assist callers with general information and inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, department lunches, appointments, and site events
- High school diploma or GED equivalency required
- 2 years of administrative experience required
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting procedures and good business practices preferred
- Intermediate keyboarding and MS 365/Office Suite proficiency
We offer a competitive annual compensation package of $46,000-$64,000, commensurate on experience and education. Promotional opportunities are available upon skills development and mastery. Benefits include cost-sharing options for Medical, Dental, Vision, Company-provided STD, LTD, and Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) and/or Roth 401(k) participation, and company match after one month of employment.
