Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on client accounts with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meet key department performance metrics while providing functional support in areas such as cash management products and services, online and mobile app support, and general account or financial related inquiries.
  • Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate the ability to multitask and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree or previous contact center experience.
