Job Summary:

As a Client Support Service Professional, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries concerning client accounts.

Your role is crucial in providing accurate and efficient responses while consistently meeting key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address incoming phone calls with a focus on providing high-quality service regarding client accounts, ensuring accuracy in responses
  • Offer functional support for client Cash Management products and services, as well as guidance on the client's Online platform and Mobile app
  • Assist clients with general account and financial-related inquiries, providing detailed and helpful information
  • Maintain a high level of performance by adhering to departmental metrics and goals
  • Exhibit a highly professional demeanor, showcasing your commitment to delivering World-Class Service to all clients

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Experienced in handling customer inquiries and providing support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
