Weekly Hours: 40
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with varying clinic hours between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, including rotating Saturdays
Salary Range: Compensation varies from $31.55 for Medical Assistants to $34.80 for Licensed Practical Nurses
- 401(k) contributions from the company: 3% of eligible annual salary
- 401(k) employer matching: dollar for dollar up to 3%
- Potential for annual merit increases
- Educational Assistance available
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and escort patients for examinations
- Conduct laboratory tests and assist in surgical procedures
- Administer medications and educate patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and document patient records
- Perform clinical duties and ensure the maintenance of clinic equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- No prior experience necessary
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and perform various physical tasks
- Exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and biological hazards
- Must possess functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch
