Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Berlin Family Medicine team. As a key member of our primary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between providers
Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care
Requirements:
Must be licensed in Vermont by the board of nursing or medicine and obtain DEA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient data and make informed decisions
