Job Description

Community Bridges is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator to provide administrative support to the quality improvement processes at the agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry and tracking, as well as coordinating processes for surveying stakeholders, employees, and community satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Tracking: Receives and enters various documents into databases, including incident reports, 1201 med error reports, complaint tracking, and certification data.
  • Surveys and Mailings: Creates surveys using Survey Monkey or Constant Contact, coordinates processes for surveying stakeholders, and mails materials to clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Reports: Runs reports from databases to provide data to the supervisor and vice president of administrative operations, and assists with data summary and analysis for QI reports.
  • Meetings: Participates in QI Committee, IAC, and semi-annual provider agency meetings to record meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four years' experience in administrative or clerical position; experience with human service agencies preferred.
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Word, Excel, and database programs.
  • Experience working in a networked environment.
  • Typing at least 50 WPM.

Work Environment:

The Quality Improvement Coordinator will work in a busy program environment and must be able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor. The physical demands of the job include sitting or standing at a workstation.

Locations:

Community Bridges supports locations in New Hampshire, including Concord, Allenstown, Andover, and surrounding areas.
