- Manage the student refund process, ensuring accuracy in charges and payments.
- Generate accurate tuition and fee charges using administrative software, reconciling with relevant records.
- Make informed decisions regarding account adjustments and corrections.
- Communicate billing information effectively to students and parents, adhering to privacy regulations.
- Enforce institutional policies related to student accounts.
- Analyze receivables for accuracy and create payment arrangements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of subsidiary account balances.
- Administer the College's loan programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage daily operations of the front office, including communication and appointment scheduling.
- Support additional projects and administrative tasks as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software, with experience in ERP accounting systems.
