Account Manager

Kerry is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, growing new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain targeted high-level relationships and contacts with key customers
- Prospect and close new business opportunities through standard product, custom products, and integrated solution selling
- Perform account planning and key account research to optimize efforts and account penetration
- Ensure margin growth year on year and in line with the account plan and budget requirements
- Manage complex pricing models aligned with key customer expectations
- Regularly inform leadership of changing market dynamics and other factors influencing key accounts of strategic importance
- Regularly document activities in Salesforce and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with technology business internal leaders for an integrated Go-to-Market (GTM) approach
- Manage and communicate with internal cross-functional teams to support customer opportunities and orders
- Multi-dimensional thinking (combination of sales/consulting skills)

- Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university required; Graduate degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience (Account Manager / Senior Account Manager level)
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Breadth and depth of supply chain experience and utilizing Salesforce
