Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Analyst to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for determining appropriate acquisition approaches based on the DoD adaptive acquisition framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine acquisition approaches based on the DoD adaptive acquisition framework.
  • Research, analyze, assess, and coordinate acquisition program documentation based on a selected adaptive acquisition pathway.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  • Execute acquisition requirements in accordance with DoD 5000 series instructions and contracting approaches.
  • Track action items and comments to acquisition documentation to closure.
  • Track programmatic issues and risks to ensure they are addressed in acquisition documentation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with DoD acquisitions or contracts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a Navy acquisition program office.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition, including touchpoints with all functional fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Contracting or PM DoD or Industry certification.
