The Owner Onboarding Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding journey for new owners. This position is responsible for delivering comprehensive presentations on sales documentation for both new and existing ownership purchases, while also offering customer support through personalized education and services related to our club products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly review and finalize legal and sales-related documents with owners, adhering to established protocols (50% of time)
  • Conduct Owner Education sessions, either individually or in groups, covering all aspects of club products to help owners maximize their vacation ownership (25% of time)
  • Identify and relay patterns, trends, and training needs to the Owner Onboarding Manager (10% of time)
  • Provide training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales documentation, and compliance as necessary (5% of time)
  • Coordinate logistics and reporting for educational events, collaborating with marketing, sales, and resort teams to enhance attendance (5% of time)
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Owner Onboarding Manager (5% of time)
Travel Requirements:
  • Minimal travel (less than 5%) for corporate meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Wyndham products, completion of Workday courses, and sales training related to owner onboarding
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Preferred: Expertise in contract standards and Wyndham product knowledge
  • Preferred: 1+ years of sales experience with Wyndham
  • Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience
