We are seeking a dedicated School Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will provide high-quality care to medically fragile children in their homes, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role
  • Provide 1:1 care to pediatric patients in their homes, working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Utilize electronic charting using KanTime to document patient progress and communicate with the care team.
  • Participate in education and clinical training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, including classroom and virtual training sessions.

Requirements
  • Current RN or LPN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
