Job Summary

We are seeking a registered nurse to join our team of skilled pediatric caregivers. As a pediatric nurse specialist, you will provide direct patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
