About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will work one-on-one with our clients in China Grove, NC, providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to clients in China Grove, NC
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • RN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Experience working with medically fragile children preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
