We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Concord Hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Administration and Operations:

  • Assist with the administration, direction, and operations of Human Resources for the hotel.
  • Monitor performance appraisal systems and ensure record keeping.
  • Administer benefits, department intercommunication, wage, and payroll administration.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Monitor compliance with established personnel policies and procedures.
  • Act in concert with the management team as directed by the General Manager and the Human Resources and Accounting Manager.

Communication and Recruitment:

  • Communicate and filter Concord information to the hotel.
  • Provide direction and counsel to the HR Director on issues pertaining to associates in employment matters.
  • Assist with the recruitment, transition, and orientation of new associates.

Training and Development:

  • Monitor and assist with training efforts.
  • Process invoices and upload them into the DMS.
  • Reconcile vendor statements.

Benefits and Payroll:

  • Liaison for hotel associates in regard to benefits administration.
  • Conduct self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization.
  • Responsible for payroll processing.
