Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to support the mental health and educational development of students in Arlington, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students' needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that promote student success.
  • Provide counseling services to students, addressing emotional, social, and behavioral issues in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success and address complex issues.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, utilizing evidence-based strategies to ensure student safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of services provided, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Texas School Psychologist certification, with experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, with a focus on student-centered care.
