Job Overview

Syneos Health is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Pharmaceutical Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for delivering sales presentations to current and prospective customers, implementing marketing plans, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, with a strong understanding of medical and scientific concepts. They will also possess excellent selling skills, including customer engagement and relationship building success. In addition, the candidate should be able to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner.

Requirements
  • B.A/BS (minimum) degree required
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience
  • 1+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
  • 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred
