The Guest Services Representative is essential in providing guests with a seamless check-in and check-out experience at our establishment. This role is focused on delivering a professional, warm, and efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively address and fulfill guest needs promptly, maintaining positive relations.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes with a welcoming demeanor.
  • Assist with pre-registration and manage reservations as required.
  • Ensure accurate posting of all charges to guest accounts.
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Effectively manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services and assist with reservations.
  • Professionally operate the PBX system and connect calls efficiently.
  • Act as a concierge, offering insights into local events and hotel amenities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest requirements.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere and uphold the hotel's standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols diligently.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 months in a customer service role.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
  • Strong communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
