Responsibilities

As a District Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Source, recruit, and hire top talent to join our team.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and issues.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and administer our benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ Years of Human Resources Experience: Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Professional Certification: Possess a professional certification in human resources, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make sound decisions.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
