Regional Human Resources Manager

About the Role
Berry Global is seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Manager to provide human resources guidance to multiple Consumer Packaging North America manufacturing sites. This role will work closely with the Human Resources Director and site leadership teams to implement strategic HR initiatives and optimize organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide human resource leadership for manufacturing sites, delivering key HR processes including staffing, organization design, talent management, succession planning, communications, employee relations, compensation and benefits, diversity initiatives, training, and employee engagement.
- Partner with site Human Resources, Operations, and plant leadership to anticipate and lead organizational change, identify capability gaps, and align HR resources to business needs.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with managers, individual contributors, and other key stakeholders to provide advice and counsel on employee and organizational development.
- Direct responsibility and accountability for multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring compliance with corporate and government regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or minimum 5 years progressive human resources leadership or related experience.
- Business-focused and knowledge of business strategy and key business drivers.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and projects.
- Ability to work at multiple organizational levels and across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated experience/skills in leading organizational change, talent management, and employee development.
