AmeriQual Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations.

This role will work closely with team members to foster a positive work environment, drive HR initiatives, and align HR strategies with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful work relationships with the leadership team and collaborate to assess workforce needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding efforts for manufacturing roles.
  • Manage employee relations, including coaching, professional development, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement initiatives to enhance workforce satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in manufacturing setting.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Ability to lead by fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all team members in an approachable, professional manner.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
