**Job Title:** Customer Service Parts Professional

**Job Summary:** Factory Motor Parts is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Auto Parts Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, identifying customer needs, selling automotive parts, and building strong relationships with our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Look up auto parts in our FMP parts catalog system
  • Process customer orders with high accuracy
  • Troubleshoot and make recommendations to meet customer needs
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • 3 years of experience with automotive parts
  • 1-2 years of previous sales and customer service experience
  • Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong background in mechanics and ASE certification is a plus
