Job Description:
As a Law Firm Recruitment Specialist, you will provide critical support to our law firm client in Washington, DC, by managing full-cycle recruitment initiatives, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment initiatives, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding and complete new hire employment paperwork.
  • Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.
  • Participate in college fairs and other recruiting events.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience within a law firm.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products and viDesktop.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
