The Popal Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead the recruitment process, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from posting job openings to onboarding new hires.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Manage employee benefits program and communicate with employees regarding enrollment, changes, and questions.
- Work with department managers to develop and implement training programs to ensure employee development and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on the hospitality industry preferred.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruiting, talent management, training, compensation practices, performance management, culture development, employee and union relations, federal and state respective employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
