As the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Operations, you will play a pivotal role within the Global Operations team. Your leadership will guide a diverse, multifunctional Supply Chain team encompassing Procurement, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement Supply Chain strategies aligned with OnLogic's financial objectives, including Revenue, EBITDA, and Working Capital.
  • Oversee Supply Chain KPIs and supplier performance metrics while driving continuous process enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to devise sourcing strategies that support the product development roadmap and ensure timely customer deliveries.
  • Work in partnership with Engineering and Project Management to guarantee that new product launches are executed on schedule, within scope, and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate Supply Agreements and pursue cost-saving initiatives with primary suppliers.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to develop strategies that minimize lead times and reduce direct material expenses.
  • Prepare comprehensive Supply Chain analyses and presentations for executive decision-making.
  • Engage with suppliers and stakeholders for critical operational updates to enhance supplier relationship management and process optimization.

Team Overview:

The Operations team is dedicated to the assembly, testing, packaging, and distribution of OnLogic systems globally. Their unwavering attention to detail and commitment to quality allow us to confidently assert the reliability and configurability of our systems. Team members are cross-trained across various disciplines, providing exceptional staffing flexibility and the ability to respond to production demands effectively. The Operations team embodies our commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization, transforming project plans and technical specifications into tangible outcomes. Key roles within the Operations team include computer production, hardware testing, fulfillment services, supply chain management, product and process quality, production engineering, and technical support.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product development for electronic systems, ideally within the Industrial PC sector.
  • In-depth understanding of CM/ODM/OEM/COTS business models, along with expertise in contract negotiation and management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in developing, managing, and driving action on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supplier performance metrics.
  • Experience with DDMRP/MRP methodologies to implement effective purchasing policies.
  • Proven track record in managing an S&OP process.
  • Expertise in RFQ package creation, supplier selection, cost analysis, and negotiations, along with experience in Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Inventory Management practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data modeling and presentation using raw data from various databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and similar applications.
  • Experience leading international teams is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant asset.
