About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment, providing high-quality care to patients with various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing support and care to patients within the General Cardiology department.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and support staff to provide excellent care to patients and families in a safe environment.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication and scheduling with patients and referring providers.
  • Participate in departmental and organizational quality management and/or quality improvement projects as directed by the leadership team.
  • Proficiently use the electronic medical record to document patient care and interventions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in an Ambulatory Clinic/Practice setting.
  • Minimum of 3 years responsible related experience as a Registered Nurse within a patient care ambulatory environment with expertise in Cardiology.
  • Experience with telephone triage and telephone-based clinical assessment techniques.
  • Experience performing point of care testing and ambulatory clinic procedures.
