Key Responsibilities:
As the Compensation and Benefits Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  10. Establishing and enforcing payroll policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a manufacturing context.
  2. Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce is essential.
  3. A thorough understanding of tax and labor regulations.
  4. Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  6. Robust problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  8. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  9. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  10. Certification as a Payroll Professional (CPP) is advantageous.
