Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Addison Group. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in Spanish and English for our client in North OKC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both languages.
  • Accurately communicate product and service information to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate with customers in both languages.
  • Translate customer concerns and solutions accurately.
  • Ensure all interactions are documented correctly in the system.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant department or supervisor.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist customers with purchasing products or services (if applicable).
  • Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate to meet sales targets.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Follow regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional language certifications or coursework is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Experience working in a bilingual environment is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
