Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Excellence: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate individuals. Take accurate messages and relay them efficiently. Provide clear and concise information to callers regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries.
  • Guest Experience: Greet all visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor, guiding them to their designated areas within the facility. Handle inquiries from the public and customers with patience and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare letters, documents, and reports as assigned. Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner. Provide general administrative assistance as needed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, to perform tasks effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in office equipment and systems.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and systems.
