- Listen to customer needs, understand their pain points, and foster a sense of urgency to drive sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions with customers.
- Regularly travel within the assigned territory to meet prospects and customers.
- 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in industries such as construction, tractors, landscaping, or air conditioning parts is an advantage.
- Driven by goals and highly motivated to pursue new business opportunities.
- Well-organized, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a car, and a passport for travel within the territory and to Canada for onboarding.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, plus a commission plan for $130K OTE in year 1.
