This senior leadership role is pivotal in developing the strategic vision and driving our retirement solutions strategies, encompassing both DB and DC plans to ensure we remain competitive in serving clients with the best investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the US retirement DB and DC plans, through deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to anticipate challenges and opportunities in the market.
  • Utilize data and analytics to assess the viability and potential impact of initiatives, guiding investment decisions and resource allocations.
  • Lead and manage a Defined Contribution and Defined Benefits team with a coaching and motivational leadership style that develops a culture of high performance for continued talent development and succession.
  • Build close partnerships with key internal stakeholders to engage and influence business decisions regarding US Retirement business.
  • Work closely with investment teams and distribution teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality competitive investment solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders to enhance our position in the market.
  • Partner with the distribution and portfolio management teams to advise clients on new strategies aimed at enhancing retirement portfolio characteristics.
