About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to drive the success of our most critical and complex initiatives. As a TPM, you will work cross-functionally with customers, engineering teams, and product managers to define, plan, and execute projects that deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Responsibilities
  • Program Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, define key milestones, and ensure the successful delivery of engineering initiatives from concept to release.
  • Technical Expertise: Partner with engineering teams to ensure a deep understanding of the technical architecture and constraints, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and our policy and operations team to define project goals, scope, and technical requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices for software development, agile methodologies, and program management to drive operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Track progress, communicate updates, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and pain points to ensure that products and solutions meet their expectations and business goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with software engineering or development is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Trust & Safety is desirable, but not required.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a tech company.
  • Foundational: Strong understanding of software development processes and engineering best practices.
  • Customer-Facing Experience & Problem-Solving: Proven experience interacting with customers or external stakeholders, translating their needs into technical requirements, and managing expectations.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Trello, etc.
