Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our fastener sourcing initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and managing the program to maximize value across all Vehicle, Energy, and Service programs, as well as global factories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a fastener sourcing strategy to optimize value and minimize costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Service, to source and approve new fastener designs
  • Establish measurable targets and regularly report progress to executive leadership
  • Work with suppliers to negotiate and re-negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and terms
  • Manage validation programs for new fasteners, setting completion targets and organizing resources
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Engineering Management, or a similar discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in a TPM role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing space
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills, as well as resource management ability
  • Experience with program management, supplier engagement, and cross-functional engineering collaboration
