Job Title: Vehicle Hardware Engineering Technical Program Manager Intern

At Tesla, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager Intern to join our Vehicle Hardware Engineering team. As a Technical Program Manager Intern, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and manufacturing, to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior program management experience or managing a team, such as FSAE, Hyperloop, etc.
  • Desired to be proficient in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
  • Experience in leading teams, and proven ability to drive initiatives to conclusion.

Expected Compensation: $20.00 - $45.00 + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
