About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager - Hybrid to join our team at PSG Global Solutions Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing technical solutions to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align resources to strategy and priorities to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Develop and recommend solutions to business objectives, leveraging your expertise in technical program management.
  • Take a lead role in implementing Subscriptions and Licensing infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead an outsourced development team, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Enforce coding standards and conduct spot code reviews to maintain the highest level of technical excellence.
  • Develop and report on key metrics to measure the success of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years' experience leading a team of developers at various levels.
  • Experience managing a remote workforce.
  • 5+ years' experience with developing eCommerce solutions.
  • Experience with Magento or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Payment Gateway integrations.
  • Strong Java/PHP skills.
  • Strong JavaScript skills.
  • Angular/React experience a plus.
  • Strong background in developing with APIs with security in the forefront.
  • Strong background in orchestrating data flows between systems.
  • Strong proponent of regression testing.
  • Sweats the details.
