Technical Program Manager for Vehicle Hardware

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our Vehicle Hardware Engineering team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development of vehicle hardware systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the development of vehicle hardware systems, including design, testing, and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in program management, with a focus on vehicle hardware engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle hardware systems, including design, testing, and validation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
