Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve sales goals, manage food and labor costs, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and Develop Team Members
    • Provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team member performance and retention.
  • Manage Restaurant Operations
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Manage food and labor costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Lead by Example
    • Model the behavior and values expected of team members, including a commitment to quality, service, and cleanliness.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
    • Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Monitor and report any compliance issues to management.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Ability to lift 35 pounds to waist level.
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • ServSafe certification.
