BrightPath Kids USA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Employee Experience and Retention. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining our company culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement comprehensive strategies to reinforce our company's core values and culture, ensuring integration into employee onboarding, ongoing development, and leadership training programs.
- Lead Cultural Transformation: Hold leaders accountable for implementing and maintaining these strategies across all levels of the organization, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee well-being and professional growth.
- Employee Experience Management: Manage our Employee Experience technology platforms for employee engagement, rewards, and recognition, ensuring seamless integration and user-friendliness across the organization.
- Employee Engagement Surveys: Design and conduct detailed employee engagement surveys, analyze and communicate findings to provide insights into employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and develop specific action plans to enhance employee morale and retention.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure action plans are implemented and tracked for effectiveness on both local and organizational levels.
- Wellness Initiatives: Develop and manage comprehensive wellness initiatives addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being, offering resources and programs tailored to various aspects of employee health.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion and foster diversity and inclusion within the workplace by creating and maintaining programs and partnerships that promote an inclusive environment celebrating diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Employer Branding: Manage the company's external reputation and employer branding on various platforms to ensure a positive perception among potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful retention programs.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in holding leaders accountable for implementing cultural and engagement strategies.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with experience managing digital platforms and employee engagement tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
