Regional Sales Executive

Overview: The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with establishing new client relationships and enhancing existing partnerships to fully leverage the comprehensive suite of services offered by Quest Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody and promote the core values of the organization.
  • Devote over 80% of time to client engagement to uncover new business prospects.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to track all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the company’s services to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure readiness for new business initiatives.
  • Engage with service line teams and business development managers to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster relationships.
  • Identify new service offerings that could enhance competitive positioning and communicate these to management.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive dynamics within the assigned territory.
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with marketing to identify key promotional opportunities and industry events.
  • Facilitate teamwork by sharing potential customer leads with relevant parties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
  • Four to six years of experience in a sales role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, is advantageous.

Work Environment:

The position is based in a professional office setting with standard working hours. Flexibility is allowed, but availability during core hours is expected.
