Job DescriptionJob DescriptionScion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced IT Director for our client, a wonderful consumable consumer products manufacturing organization in Benicia In this role, youâ?™ll oversee IT operations, particularly with ERP, as well as managing third party partners. This is a full time, hybrid onsite role

What you will be doing:

• Work with leaders on cross functional teams to ensure IT systems are running efficiently, effectively, and within compliance for food industry regulations and standards
• Ensure Business Central functionality; find areas for optimization either within BC offerings or integrated with 3rd party software such as Aptean
• Design, develop and implement IT strategies that align with company goals
• Oversee overall technical environmentâ?™s support by vendors, ensuring SLAâ?™s are met
• Implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to proactively and responsively protect company systems and data from threats

What you will need:

• Expertise with Microsoft Business Central preferred; Dynamics, NAV/Navision
• Bachelorâ?™s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in a leadership role
• Must have experience in the manufacturing industry; food industry highly preferred; or other manufacturing that utilizes materials with expiration dates/lot numbers such as chemical industry
• Strong knowledge of overall IT and Network infrastructure best practices
• Analytical skills to identify areas of opportunity for technological and operational enhancements
