Evergreen North America Industrial Services is a leading provider of environmental and industrial cleaning solutions to the downstream and midstream energy sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our Rodeo, CA Branch.
Job Summary:The Branch Manager will be responsible for providing overall direction and administration of the Branch to achieve assigned goals and objectives of ENAIS' strategic plan. This includes developing and executing the Branch business plan, managing and supervising all Branch personnel, and providing guidance and direction on safety-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain the Branch business plan and P&L's.
- Manage and supervise all Branch personnel.
- Provide guidance and direction on safety-related functions.
- Conduct regular meetings with direct report personnel to review cost budget, safety program, training program, labor and equipment utilization.
- Operate within the constraints of the Branch budget.
- Develop and administer a sales and marketing plan to retain customers, acquire new customers, and regain past customers.
- Manage the hiring process and set up training for all product lines.
- Be responsible for all equipment and machinery owned by the Branch.
- Interface with other Branch Managers to resolve problems and provide support during peak workloads.
- Review and approve all indirect overtime requests and purchase orders for the Branch.
- Oversee the operations personnel evaluation system and conduct annual personnel evaluations.
- Interface and monitor morale of personnel and maintain a high level of awareness and visibility at customer sites.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting functions and ability to read and understand a P&L statement.
- Excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills, and thinking skills.
- Decision-making ability, long-term vision, seasoned judgment, and ability to inspire a common vision.
- Understands ENAIS lines of business and key financial indicators and success measures.
- Knowledgeable in information systems and skilled in managing diversity.
- Ability to drive change while maintaining operational effectiveness and strong administrative skills.
College degree highly desirable. 10 years of operations management experience in industry.
