Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Account Executive to spearhead our sales, marketing, and business development efforts within the Personal Injury field. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving referrals to our office and surgery center.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be visiting Personal Injury attorneys' offices, as well as other referral partners such as Chiropractors, Physical Therapy locations, Urgent Cares, and free-standing Emergency Rooms to introduce Cypress Orthopedics and NW Surgery. You will use your charm, affability, and people skills to set appointments, communicate capabilities, and build rapport with referral partners, ultimately growing and nurturing a network of trusted relationships in the Houston area.

Major Responsibilities
  • Identify, vet, and develop relationships with referral sources: attorneys, case managers, front office staff, marketers, and other physicians in the Personal Injury industry
  • Tee up meetings with high-value referral sources for Cypress Orthopedics and NW Surgery's Director of Business Development and Medical Director
  • Educate attorneys and staff on how Cypress Orthopedics and NW Surgery can make their jobs easier and their clients' care better
  • Maintain close relationships with the attorneys and referrals source offices after the referral to continually gauge their satisfaction
  • Participate in community events, local and industry organizations, and trade shows
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strongly preferred: 3-5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role (preferably in the Personal Injury space). Other roles with relevant experience will be considered, including pharmaceutical, device, DME, medical supplies, or similar sales rep positions
  • Friendly, outgoing, well-spoken, great communicator, and personable
  • Independent, self-starter, able to pound the pavement without micromanagement
  • Thrives when challenged or rejected
  • Hustle, grit, drive, and more hustle - this is what makes success in this role
Salary and Benefits
  • Full-time position
  • Base salary of $55K-$60K depending on experience
  • Generous bonus/commission structure with no cap
