Job Summary

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Kona Airport (KOA) Alamo location. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Verify rental agreements and reservations, and ensure accurate documentation
* Answer customer questions and provide assistance based on their needs and requests
* Ensure a pleasant and efficient handling of the rental process, including exchange and return of vehicles
* Prepare Rental Agreement Folders with all required information
* Offer assistance with directions, maps, and local area information

Requirements

* Must be at least 18 years old
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
* No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
* Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
