About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling commercial payments solutions to banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell commercial payments solutions and develop new account relationships.
  • Solicit and maintain a network of prospects.
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to sell targeted FIS products and services.
  • Work as a member of a sales team to sell assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients using FIS resources and tools.
  • Negotiate, structure, and close deals that meet customer expectations and FIS's ability to deliver.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans and strategies.
  • Meet sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling commercial payments solutions into banks.
  • Good understanding of FIS products and services.
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking practices.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management, employees, clients, and public.
  • Travel is required.

Join FIS:

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $189,000, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
